Being Contagious!

It is a thrilling Easter season in the life of our church. We are favored in the heart of God having received the grace which meets our deepest need. We need to be reminded that God wants to use us to impact the spiritual lives of our friends and family. Join us every Wednesday night for the next five weeks for the Becoming A Contagious Christian Training. You’ll learn to naturally and effectively communicate your faith to people you know. It’s an adventure you won’t want to miss! If you desire to attend our Contagious Weekend training, May 11 & 12, email me at barry@mastersumc.com or just speak to someone at the welcome table on Sunday morning. You will be receiving an opportunity for registration for our May event. We want everyone to participate.

I also want to welcome Kevin and Kristyn Turney to our church. They will be with us Sunday. They plan to take a couple of weeks to get to know us and do some planning and then we will have our big kick off event on April 29 at 6:30 p.m. We will be hosting a local praise band that night. You will not want to miss it. They bring a love for Christ and our students to their ministry that will impact lives. Let’s get behind them as they attempt creative student ministries.

Finally, we are thrilled to announce that Sallye Rowe has agreed to become our minister to Children starting June 1. Sallye brings her giftedness in education to our ministry. We are excited as she creatively leads us into our future. Please plan to help her and all our volunteers as we hope to bring life to the children in this community.
